Reservation and No-Show Policy: Members who make a reservation for any CBSC program or event, to include, but not limited to: socials, Touristas, and Sub Clubs, for themselves or an eligible guest, will be held responsible for full payment/cost. Failure to pay will result in disciplinary action. Please refer to CBSC Bylaws, Article IX, Section 3 and Article VI, Section 8.F for further details.

Child Attendance Policy: No children between the ages of six (6) months and seventeen (17) years will be in

attendance at any General Membership program or Club function unless there is prior approval or it has been

designated a Family Event, in accordance with CBSC Bylaws, Article XI, Section 5.

Scholarship Policy: Active and Associate Members wishing to submit a Scholarship Application for themselves,

their spouse, or their dependent child MUST fill out a Membership Application and pay the membership fee no later

than December 31 of the board year in accordance with CBSC Constitution, Article IV.

-- A member may not serve on the Scholarship Committee or as a judge of applications or essays if they wish to

apply for a scholarship for themselves, their spouse, or their dependent child.

- Scholarships are merit based and are judged using a blind process. Please see CBSC Bylaws, Article VI, Section 10 and Article VII, Section 5 for further details.

Liability Disclaimer: Sub-clubs and Tourista events are organized by the CBSC. Participation is purely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. Participants are responsible for their own actions and release the CBSC, Carlisle Barracks, and the Government from any damages or injuries resulting from CBSC events and activities.
